I have a cousin named Nicholas.  He is 5 years old.  He came up with this idea that I thought was really neat!  His dad found a fold out map from a magazine and taped it on a board.  His dad called it “foam core”.  I have no idea what that means, but I know that he can stick toothpicks in it and they stand straight up.  So his dad helped him print tiny flags of the world and then he taped them on the toothpicks.  Nicholas can now put a flag up on each country.  I don’t know about you, but I think that sounds like more fun than doing homework! 

I have to go now - I need to ask my mom where we can get some of this foam core stuff so I can try this too.
